Charter of Conduct and Respect
Welcome to Domaine de La Venne! To ensure that this exceptional place remains wild, clean, and welcoming for everyone, we ask you to read and accept the following rules. Signing this charter is a condition for accessing the domain and the return of your deposit.
1. Waste Management and Cleanliness
The golden rule: Leave the place in an even cleaner state than you found it.
- •All waste must be picked up (including cigarette butts, bottle caps, and small plastics).
- •Waste sorting is mandatory (glass, plastic/metal/cartons, paper, household waste). Bins must be deposited in the designated areas indicated during check-in.
2. Parking
- •Vehicle parking is strictly limited to the designated area: below the La Venne bridge.
- •No motorized vehicles are allowed to drive on the bivouac grounds or forest paths to preserve the soil.
3. Forest Respect and Safety
Tenants agree to occupy the premises responsibly and with due care.
- •Campfires: Strictly limited to the designated secure fire pit zones. Lighting wild fires elsewhere on the domain is prohibited. Fires must be supervised at all times and fully extinguished before departure or sleeping.
- •Cutting down standing trees, stripping bark, or damaging the flora is strictly prohibited. Only use the provided firewood or authorized dead wood lying on the ground.
4. Sanitary Facilities
- •Toilets are available for your use. It is strictly forbidden to throw any waste other than toilet paper (no wipes, sanitary products, or wrappers) in them, under penalty of additional emptying charges.
- •Relieving oneself in the immediate vicinity of the camp is forbidden out of respect for subsequent tenants.
5. Noise and Neighborhood
- •The domain is a natural sanctuary. Excessive noise (such as high-volume amplified music) must be avoided to respect the local wildlife.

I, the undersigned, representing the group of participants, certify that I have read this charter and agree to ensure it is respected by all participants. I understand that any serious breach of these rules will result in the partial or complete withholding of the deposit, or immediate exclusion from the domain.
